Exception - 422 - OhoMq - Da EW a WS-Dante - campo Pqual in ARC phase

@matteo.quintiliani ho notato che qualche volta il campo pqual non passa la validazione a causa del fatto che contiene valori non ammessi. Di seguito l'eccezione:
